coaching philosophy

The HammerCross coaching philosophy is to get lots of kids And Adults on bikes in a playful environment. Principals include giving best effort and focusing on the things you can control. At practices, we organize around basic handling skills. Depending on the cyclist (beginner to advanced), coaches customize for specialized skills and motivation.
